1. Complete the form and send it by email to:

2. Your return request will be reviewed. After approval, you will receive a return authorization number.

3. Within 14 days after submitting the return request, you may return the item to:

   Return shipment – your return number
   Petersburg 2
   Gronau
   Germany

4. After receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the amount within 14 days.

Returns sent without a return authorization number will not be processed.

Returns

• We apply a 14-day reflection period for returns. After this period, returns are no longer possible and no exceptions will be made.

• We kindly ask you to return items only when absolutely necessary, as returns involve additional costs and administrative handling.

• Please note that the reflection period is intended for inspection comparable to a physical store. Products should not be handled more than necessary for reasonable inspection.

• If returned products show signs of use, an appropriate depreciation may be applied, as the product can no longer be sold as new. We appreciate your understanding.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products specially ordered for you or custom-made items

• Consumable products, such as light sources, fuses, and similar items
